Premier Community Supports provides a 24-Hour Residential Support Home at its Josephine County, Oregon location. The home is operated entirely by Premier. At this home, we offer round-the-clock care and support to all individuals within the home.

Premier’s 24-Hour Residential Support Home treats each individual we support like family.  Our goal is to help each individual learn and/or build upon basic skills while in a safe & 24-Hour supported setting. Our 24-Hour Residential Support Home is aligned with our commitment to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities continue to thrive in every-day life.
